My family and I had a c. Issues on our way from Houston to Florida and Jerome helped me identify the issue right away. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I was only there for about 15 minutes but he didnt flex a service fee on me even though he had to break his tools out. Highly recommend!

My 80 year old coworker was stranded in lake charles due to her car not starting. I called Eaglin Automotive, and they quickly came to her location, and had her problem diagnosed, fixed, and back on the road in no time. Very thankful they were there when she needed them.

Fast service. I putt-putted my way over there after work and he was still there, I was thinking I'd be leaving the car overnight before discussing work. Mr. Eaglin was so knowledgeable. I had a tune up done by another company and that wasn't even the real issue. He took the time to actually look at what was going on. Should have went to him first! Very good pricing.

Can’t get a receipt for paid services after requesting multiple times. Bases of the reviews on google I contacted Jerome. Made arrangements for service to our Motor home. Jerome came to the campground and recharged our dash air conditioner. We were very pleased with his work and promptly paid him in cash plus a $50 tip. Was told he would email the invoice. We needed the invoice to be reimbursed by the previous company who had just replaced the compressor. Have requested the receipt/invoice at least 10 times and have not received anything back. Jerome is not responding to us. What kind of business refuses to give a receipt for services? All phone calls resulted In getting voicemails, messages are not returned and text messages are ignored. I do not recommend using Eaglin Automotive.
