My experience was definitely a very pleasant one. From the first day I called and Nicole answered the phone, until the day my service was completed, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, all my requests were met in a timely manner, and handled everything with my insurance company and the adjusters perfectly. Hands down the friendliest and most pleasant lady in the customer service industry that ive ever come in contact with. Unfortunately my insurance company deemed my car a total loss so I didnt have the pleasure of seeing their body work. But from the pictures and many reviews, im sure would've been perfection! If ever I need anymore work done, i will definitely choose these guys! Nicole genuinely wants to see you happy and satisfied when u walk out the door.

I asked Vincent’s to replace my vehicle’s dented fuel door and remove two dents on the hood. I was impressed that they were able to get a PDR expert out on short notice to remove my hood dents. The new fuel door was painted and installed quickly and looks like new. They were flexible with appointment scheduling too. I thought their pricing was very fair.

Vincent has been servicing my vehicles for years. I first met him several years ago when I wrecked my vehicle & brought it to Billy Navarre. When the paint & body shop called to say my vehicle was ready for pick up, I was so amazed at the results I had to meet “the guy behind it all”!!!! From that moment on I have never allowed anyone else, BUT VINCENT to do paint & body work on any of my vehicles!!!! (I’ve only been involved in about 8 wrecks 🫣🤫) Anywho, my current vehicle was recently involved in ANOTHER accident and when I called Billy Navarre asking for Vincent I was told he no longer worked there!
