Great guys to buy a car from, but the most frustrating service and support I’ve ever seen. Booked an appointment for my 7500 mile milestone maintenance. While booking the appointment with Jen, I told her that there were some other things I wanted them to look at. I’ve been waiting a few thousand miles for this first milestone appointment so as to not waste their time by constantly bringing my car in for little things. My issues with my 2025 Equinox EV… (1) heat doesn’t blow hot even on HIGH setting. Barely warm even on a 20 minute drive on HIGH with fan speed all the way up. (2) I know GM has pushed OTA updates for this model but mine kept saying that everything was up to date, even though the date of the last (initial) software was July 2024. AJ Pentz my advisor for several years in the repairs of my 2004 Corvette. Top rated mechanics performed Excellent work on the repairs of several issues: ignition cylinder affecting the start of the vehicle and the computer reading. Alternator, battery and the tension pulley along with the surpentine belts. An oil change was provided free of charge due to change of the completion date. AJ kept me informed on the repair status. I was told that they performed the service and everything was good and yet pictures don't lie because my service was not done thank you Earnhardt Chevrolet . I went back a few days later and dropped my car off and got a loaner which was cool (a plus ) . Everything got fixed and I am happy now . Didn't cost me anything extra . They made sure that they corrected what I said needed to be done . Thank you . I will be going there soon for a safety inspection on the car and getting things replaced . I would like to get rid of the governor so I can go faster than 112 mph . It tops out at 140mph

Always have been bringing our 2018 GMC Canyon to Earnhardt since we purchased it from them in 2018. The new location is remarkable. How the service techs worked outside at the old location is insane. Hats off to them. Needed a front end alignment since I just had all new tires installed. A steering wheel sensor gave the techs a problem, but nothing they couldn't correct. Truck drives like a top. Kudos to service advisor Jennifer. Thank you Jennifer for keeping us up to date. Your a great asset to the service dept. Have always brought our truck in to Earnhardt, and always will....and THAT ain't no bull!

My car was here for over two months and I was told the vehicle needed thousands upon thousands of dollars of work with no guarantee that it would actually fix the problem. I was told the parts were unavailable and could not be found, but I was able to find them readily available brand new through AC Delco on the shelf at other dealerships. The service department ignored my phone calls and did not return my calls. Had to have my vehicle towed to an independent shop who had the car running within the hour of its arrival. Do not recommend.
