Earnhardt Hyundai San Tan Service Center

I recently brought my Sonata in for a recall service and had a great experience with Caleb as my service advisor, and Oden as the service tech. Technicians are often overlooked at dealerships but I appreciated the video sent to me by Oden explaining some items that may need attention on my vehicle. The price of parts from the dealer is not always the cheapest route to go but definitely the best quality. Caleb provided me with a quote on parts I was interested in at the end of my service and a free car wash voucher. With a scheduled appointment I was in and out after an hour and a half.

Car repairs are never a pleasant experience, but GREAT customer care can make all the difference. Larry Donahue and his service team at San Tan Hyundai is a GEM! He was a calming presence during a difficult time, helped to thoroughly explain the problem to a non-mechanical person without sounding condescending, and was transparent and communicative throughout the process. I could not be more grateful for Larry and his team!!! If you do end up needing repairs on your car/truck, I hope you have a professional as caring and competent as Mr. Larry Donahue!

First of all my service advisor Hannah is awful at communication. I email and call numerous times daily and nothing. Not until I call and ask to speak to someone else or the manager does she respond to my email. They have had my car for 30 days. ALSO.... when she told me my car was ready it was not fixed, they charged my insurance for a new replacement Ignition Cylinder (my car was stolen) but did not replace it. All of a sudden it was my starter. And once I pointed out it was the old ignition cylinder because it was the same off a brand key i bought with the car they tried to say they do some shaving thing to fit it. So I asked her, is it common practice to charge customers almost 1k for part you don't install? Then I got a call back saying it was bad and they would go ahead and replace i

Very happy with the service I received on my car. Mario the service tech assisted me, and kept informed about my car status. From the gentleman that greeted me outside, and directed me where to go, and i really appreciate it.

I had a great experience at Earnhardt Hyundai! I went in for my scheduled 15,000-mile maintenance, and after finding an issue with my alignment, Larry, the Service Director, gave me a call to explain everything in detail. He was incredibly accommodating and arranged a rental car for me so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. The entire service center was professional, efficient, and clearly focused on customer satisfaction. I truly appreciate everything Larry did and highly recommend Earnhardt Hyundai’s service department for their outstanding service and care!
