Please do your self a favor and never go to this service department. They wasted hours of my time before finally telling me they would not replace my battery even though it was only two years old and the battery has a free three year replacement. If you’re in need of service find a local or mobile mechanic trying to support their family. please please please don’t waste your money here. Find a trustworthy human being that can warrantee your parts and doesn’t waste your time or money.

This service center has been a thorn in my side since I bought my vehicle. I’ve had multiple issues with my vehicle (all under warranty) and every time, they tell me to drop my van off for three days before they will even look at it. Most recently, I took my vehicle in for two separate issues, both were covered, and was told my warranty rental was only good for 5 days but they would have my vehicle a total of 7 days at minimum because they have to wait on a part. I have 3 sick babies and a teenager I need to get to school and am expected to figure it out for myself or pay for a rental when I purposely bought an extended warranty at time of purchase to avoid having to come out of pocket hundreds of dollars later. I would understand if the hold up was waiting on the part but it took the deal

For years I've gone to the Earnhardt dealership in Gilbert that is 2 miles from my home (also where I bought my Jeep). This location is 13 miles (20 minutes) from my home and I will only take my jeep to this dealership moving forward. As soon as I pulled in, they were attentive and within minutes Jeffery Herber came out to start the process. He provided so much information and answered all my questions, I was blown away. After we discussed my main issue, he provided additional insight and ideas to help me enjoy my jeep, the way he enjoys his jeep. The experience is amazing compared to the Gilbert location. I've been bringing vehicles here for service since they've opened. The lack of communication internally & with customers has remained consistent over the years in the service department. Honesty would be preferred over standard excuses regarding delays & work performed. I was shocked after the last service visit, no one seemed to really know what was being done to my truck & a repeat issue regarding my brakes that I requested to be check, again, I was told, (again) brake dust. After reviewing the receipt of work it reflected "replace brake pads". They may be able to handle oil changes, but anything beyond that I would not recommend.

I took my Ram 3500 in for service and a recall. They said 4-5 days. They had it done the 2nd day! I was thrilled. They did a lot of work in that time frame. Everything is good now. I've been using this dealer for over 2 years. They've always been forthright and up front. Charges have always been as quoted or less. They've taken great care of my truck. My service rep has been great. I really like this dealer. Never an issue. Great job guys!
