Mr. Harald, and Clay truly did a phenomenal job with making sure my son and I walked out with a vehicle that would be compatible with our affordability, and driving habits. All it took was a phone call! Harland greeted us at the door with a warm smile, and reassurance that we would find the right car for us. I have a three year-old son, and Mr. Harald even went as far as keeping my son happy, and occupied during the experience. We truly felt at home! They are not your typical money hungry salesman. Can’t say enough positive things about our experience at this dealership. After looking for a car for my daughter for WEEKS with no luck and not-so-great experiences, we were getting our nails done and on a whim decided to go next door to East Carolina Auto. So glad we did, because we left with a car she’s very excited about, and more importantly, we feel very comfortable with our purchase. The manager, Clay, was extremely helpful and made us feel at ease. He wasn’t pushy and really listened to what she was looking for and what the budget was and found a perfect fit. Highly recommend!

Purchased an ‘04 Escalade here that was a great buy. Harold was honest and great to work with coming all the way from Indiana. Paperwork was quick, these guys sell good cars.

I dealt with Clay Sawyer at the Louisburg, NC location. They just opened up 4 days ago , so I wasn't sure what to expect. Clay was super helpful. He listened to my needs and went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. While there, I also met the owner, and he was down to earth and hands on.
