East Carolina Tire Company

This was my first time experience with them last month and I was very pleased. Purchased 4 new tires and the service was great. They also saved me some money as I thought I needed an alignment, but they were up front and said I didn't need one yet. Everyone was very courteous and professional, and great timely service. I definitely will be using them in the future. I highly recommend them for all your auto needs. .

The service here was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely take the drive from Raleigh anytime I need my vehicle worked on.

Scott is great! He was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly/approachable, and service did not take long as initially planned. Overall, every experience I have had thus far was lovely.

There are no words to praise these gentlemen high enough. My young adult daughter had a car issue on that dreaded stretch of I-85N - with seemingly nothing around for miles (right before crossing into Va.) And actually, I'm glad it happened there - because she could not possibly have received better service in Virginia. East Carolina Tire was a life-saver and had the issue quickly resolved before she could even finish a call with the rental company on how to proceed! They are personable, efficient to the core and a company of integrity. I only wish we lived closer to take advantage of such great customer service. Residents of Henderson - you are more lucky than you know!

Even one star is too much for this place. Very poor service, went and got a leveling kit installed on my truck. Besides the 7 1/2 hours it took, the screws in the top of my strut weren’t even screwed all the way in. Sad excuse for a company.
