East Coast Honda Service Department

Possibly the most professional service center I’ve ever dealt with. I was hesitant bringing my Ram 1500 to a Honda dealership, but they took the time to verify compatibility and clearly explain the work being done. I have a service contract since I purchased the vehicle used through them, and the pricing has still been very fair. Bill went above and beyond, he was extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to answer questions without ever rushing or pushing services. This level of professionalism and honesty is hard to find, and it’s the main reason I’ll keep coming back.

I have had several Honda vehicles over the years and have dealt with 3 different Honda dealerships. None compares with the Professional and quality service I just received from East Coast Honda. The service manager, Justin Brown, was the best I have ever dealt with. Had a problem with my car late on Friday evening and Justin worked me in on Saturday morning and got me out before noon. I was two hundred miles from home and had to be back on Monday morning. I was very impressed with the hospitality in the new facility while I had to wait. Free coffee, bottled water, and snacks. I was impressed by observing all the employees and their interactions with people while I was there.

In our trip down from Ohio our A/C stopped working. I called East Coast Honda’s service department and was able to get an appointment the next business day. Kaitlin, the service advisor was fantastic, knowledgeable, and professional. The repair was done and we were on our way. Recommended.

Been dealing with this place for a couple years now -went and traded in my 2022 Honda Accord sport for 2024 Honda Accord hybrid sport with Ryan Barry. This guy really knows what he’s doing. He has a way with words and he has amazing service and you can’t beat it when in service with a smile.!!!😃 Go check him out if you’re looking to do anything different with your ride, he can make it happen for you. He Even kept my coffee creamer cold for me 🤣🤣🤣

Justin Brown went above and beyond to make sure my 2020 Honda was taken care of! He explained everything in detail that needed to be maintenance on my car to continue to keep my car working in tip top condition. He treated us like family. Thank you, Justin and Honda!
