Poor experience time and time again. Prices are right, Dennie is tolerable, Carson is abysmal at answering the phones, SO miserable, but their shipping is AWFUL. They always ship things so poorly packaged or in such small boxes that everything gets damaged/scrunched up. Why bother paying 90 bucks for a splash shield and charge me 40 dollars shipping if all you're going to do is scrunch it up in a tiny box and damage it to get it to me? I'm done with this company.

Great service. When ordering online and the shipping cost were extremely high for two drain plug gaskets, I called the business and was taken care of immediately. Hands down, these guys have the best service for genuine Mopar parts... and cheaper than anywhere else you can look up online! I really only write reviews when I'm pretty impressed with a service, product or location and the customer service with these guys is second to none. They happen to be my go-to now for all OEM upgrades or standard replacement parts and will make sure you have what you need in a timely fashion. Also, you can actually have a good experience with these guys and not be a plant. I ordered a hood and it still showed on order a couple days after it was meant to ship. No biggie, I contacted the guys and they jumped on the case. A day or two later, it was on the way and I had an email keeping me updated on the status. a lil patience and a bit of follow-up went a long way.

Excellent service! I ordered the wrong part for my vehicle and they quickly identified the error and resolved it saving me time, effort, and money. Make sure you include your VIN when ordering and they will do the same for you!
