East Coast Services Center

I'll be honest I was looking for an Okinawan dojo and GPS brought me here instead and I sat here making a phone call so I can figure out where to go but, I'm sure these people are very awesome and I'm sure their service is fantastic

Had my car inspection here. It only took a few minutes and the woman that did it was really nice. Quick and easy.

This place is our new go to mechanic. There are a LOT of mechanics around where we live and we've tried out several of them... Only to be disappointed. Customer service and good communication both seem to be almost nonexistent with many of these places. Not so with these people - they had our car's problem diagnosed within the day and called us that same day to authorize repairs. It was ready to go the next morning, which they also promptly called us about. It shouldn't be rare to find an auto mechanic who does what they say they will do and communicates things clearly to their customers... But it would seem it is. This store, however, met my expectations for someone claiming the word "professional" and I am thrilled. They will have my repeat business!

Today I had the misfortune of a flat tire right in front of this service center after it had closed. The owner (Shane) reopened the shop and was able to replace my tire and I was quickly back on the road. His assistant offered me a cold water since it was such a hot day. These folks did not hesitate to help me in my time of need and they have earned a customer for life. Thank You! Heb 13:2

Very professional and reasonable prices. Very friendly staff, along with great customer service. Did a great job on my vehicle from day one and have been a customer for the past three years.
