Sampson Wrecker & Tire Service

Broke down on side of road in the rain and called for some help. The phone rang a bunch of times and someone finally answered and was very short and rude saying you are gonna have to call someone else! Not what we expected after seeing the good reviews. Wanted to post a review so others wouldn’t be fooled!

We were 10 hours away from home, on our way back from a family vacation, on a Saturday around noon, when our car started driving bad. We pulled over on the side of the road. We realized 4 out of the five lug nuts on one of our tires was missing, and not only were they missing but the studs had been sheared. We called around to multiple places, many of them closed, not answering, or flat out told us they wouldn’t help us. We got a call back from Samson and Wrecker. They were ready and willing to help. Extremely helpful, honest, and kind!! From the time it took us to pull over, get a tow, get it to the shop, fixed, and back on the road was only 3 hours!!! I have to mention how extremely fair the price was also, we were very pleasantly surprised!!! I would recommend this company to absolutel

Honestly the best service around! The family and I were heading down the highway when the tire went flat. Now I’m no expert but I can change a tire however when attempting I realized that my lug nuts were stripped and there was no way I could get the flat off and the spare on with the tools I had. Thankfully Mr Sampson has the best when it comes to customer service not only were they able to help but they also came out to me to assist in this situation, seeing as how we were stuck. The service provided and the willingness to help by any means necessary is why I will be a returning customer and would recommend their services to anyone in need! 10/10 across the board!

I was stuck on the side of the road on hwy 40 and used AAA. Within 15 minutes they showed up and serviced my tired. The driver who helped me out was very friendly and very professional. He replaced my tires with a used tires but it was a high quality tire as well. I expressed my concern about the tire issue I was having and he knew right away how to resolve the issue. I highly recommend going through Sampson. They provided great customer service and they will treat you like family like they have known you for years. The guy who came and helped me went above and beyond band I will forever be great full for these guys. And best of all they got me a great deal. Again I highly recommend them…….. Thank You Sampson for the service. I will definitely keep coming back.

This place is great! They really went above and beyond to help us out. My boyfriend and I were on vacation not familiar w the area and got a flat. After telling us they didn’t have a tire for us, they actually called us back and said they have a used tire that will work and offered to drive it to us and put it on for us! They were really helpful!
