Got my car towed there over a weekend. Without my permission they worked on my car and then tried to overcharge me. When I picked up my car, it broke down on the way home. Do not trust these guys!

Another good catch by Ben on my car !! Had a noise when hitting bumps in the road took it in to him he checked it out!!I just had new shocks - struts put on a month ago !! then he said to take back to were I had them put on !! I did an it was a bad strut !! GOOD CATCH again!!!

While traveling through Elma, Washington, about 2.5 hours away from home, I had a sudden and stressful experience with my car. Several system warning codes—four or five—popped up, and I wasn’t sure if it was even safe to drive or turn off the vehicle. My first stop was a local mechanic shop, but unfortunately, they refused to help or run a quick diagnostic. Despite explaining that I was just passing through and only needed a few minutes of their time, they insisted on only diagnosing cars if they were committed to performing repairs, even though I was in a difficult situation.
