Les Schwab Tire Center

We had a blow out on Hwy 8 heading out to Westport for a camping trip. I called the Elma Les Schwab for road side assistance because I just didn't have the tools to change the tire on my Motorhome on the side of the road. They arrived in about 5 minutes of me hanging up the phone and had us back on the road within an hour. Dennis did an amazing job and was very helpful in a stressful situation. Well the story doesn't end there. We actually had a second blowout as we were driving into camp an hour later. I was able to limp it into camp and get parked. I called Dennis back and they were able to come out and get the second tire changed and replaced before we had to drive home the following weekend. I’m road tripping 2000 miles from home. Yesterday my tire started losing air. After adding air a couple times and with no luck finding a tire shop, I found this one in Elma. I was right down the highway from there. Kris greeted me in the parking lot and was very friendly. He took my car into the garage. Before too long he was back with good news. I had run over a nail. And I was not charged for the repair. Thanks Kris and Les Schwab! You made my day. The shop was also clean and well maintained. I highly recommend it.

Visit the shop because my motorcycle got flat tire. Sokam approach me and explain the store doesn't carry motorcycle tires and service. Very humble and helpful, provided air after we plug in the hole. Highly recommend tire store in the area. God bless 🙏

I had to ditch my travel trailer and wife on the side of the road because I experienced two flats about 20 minutes from this location. When I arrived they made sure I was in and out quickly so I could get back to my wife and trailer. They also suggested I return so they could check the torque and make sure the other tires were good. I returned and sure enough during the inspection they found the other two tires were ready to be replaced as well. It was not a gimmick, one was worn out and the other the tread was separated, they showed me. They weren’t just making a sale, they were keeping us safe. I am incredibly appreciative of their service and if all Les Schwab centers are like this one, I will only use Les Schwab when traveling in the west from now on.

little over priced when it comes to tires and wheels but they do have a pretty good policy of rotating tires and fixing flats for free...
