We are chasing a coolant leak on my older Toyota Tundra. Garrett and Larry both took time to answer my questions and help me learn about my vehicle. These guys are clearly really smart and experienced. Garrett looked at everything very carefully today searching for a possible leak, and explained a lot to me about how things work and they type of coolant they use. Their attitude is "we will answer your questions and we're going to get this problem figured out". I also appreciate that they seem like they're working methodically/carefully and not rushing it. Recently bought tires from East End, and had a great experience. Brian was great to talk to on the phone and helped me make an informed decision on what tires to go with. When we picked our vehicle I was pleasantly surprised to see the snow tires (on rims) they took off were already wrapped in plastic ready for storage. Also our dash was cleaned off and wiped down, it is always nice to receive service above and beyond and you can get that here at East End Auto.
