I got my tire replaced quickly on a weekend and at a reasonable price. Wasn’t there for more than 10 minutes. I don’t think I exchanged more than a dozen words with the guy, it was great. I wish all of my interactions with people were that straightforward. Only thing is he didn’t ask what kind of replacement I wanted and just threw a used one on the rim, which was exactly what I came for but I can see how that can cause some issues with them just assuming what you need. If you need tires with no fuss or frills, I recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COST! SCAM ARTISTS!! Tire on the left is my tire that I brought them, just my wheel with a blown tire. Didn't have to take it off my car or put it on. And I paid $66 dollars for the tire on the right with practically no tread. Poor customer service and poor business practices. Would go miles out of my way to avoid. Will ultimately cost you less and get a better tire. (Update) And now day 2 I've discovered the tire is also dry rotting. This place a lawsuit waiting to happen

very poor customer service. this was my second time coming here because they have very good prices for tires used and new but please make sure they understand what you want and not try to misconstrue what you said. i came with my front tire COMPLETELY of the rim and asked for a $45 used, while both of us looked at my messed up tire. i asked about the price of the brand new tire and he told me but i told him i still wanted the 45 used one as a REPLACEMENT. the man then goes to put brand new tires on ALL FOUR SIDES of my car???? and expects me to pay $400. i told him that’s not what i wanted and he then tells me he will charge $80 PER TIRE to take off! i told him to kindly take off every tire including the one i needed and i left without paying a DIME. i waited for a tow to take me some othe

I just want to say the service was horrible ! I had a flat tire no one bothered to really look at it they just seen a flat tire , okay coo. I have a spare tire which is under my truck that they couldn’t take down because they didn’t have ANY TOOLS for it nobody got under too look ! which I think is ridiculous . I brought a tire from somewhere else, they replaced it , but THE TIRE THAT WAS FLAT just needed AIR to be put into it which SHOULDVE BEEN SUGGESTED THE FIRST TIME . I also stated that I wanted my flat tire back after they put air into it which they thought they was finna sale to someone else put a sticker on it n all and whole time I WASTED MONEY ON A NEW TIRE !

Just bought a house in Sandston in Jan this year so you know how it is when you need to fund local businesses that are as close to or better than the ones you are used to. Did my research and for this place most of the bad reviews I saw were in reference to bad used tires purchased from here. Now I'm not making excuses for them or any used tire place and I'm not trying to count anyone's pockets but I wouldn't recommend buying used tires from anywhere period. Granted you may get lucky and come across some gently used tires but the odds of that are slim to none. A tire's responsibility is far too important to rely on how well someone else took care of them. I look at a used tire like a donut. Its just something temporary to get you to where you can get new ones. Chances are someone came
