I wanted to tell you guys what a great job you did on New Years Eve. My son and his girlfriend were stuck in the middle of a busy intersection because her car died. I called East End because we'd used them a few months prior with my other Sons' truck, and they did a great job for a good price. I talked to Tiffany first, who was awesome and very friendly. She said she was going to send a more experienced tech out since the car wouldn't even go into neutral. Anyway about 15 minutes later Steve comes plowing on to the scene like Batman in the towmobile and he cleared everyone out of the road safely, and told us to take off and he'd be pulling up in our driveway in a few minutes with the car. We’ve been using East End towing for years via AAA and have never had a problem! They’ve always been responsive, quick, reliable and fair. I can’t remember everyone’s name, but shout out to Brad who took extra care of our vehicle this morning!
