East Jackson Auto sales is a great place to buy a vehicle.I went in there looking for a vehicle around 8500 and they sold me one for $6,500. I am super happy with my vehicle it runs great and looks great, I even gave my car a name Betty. I moved from Indiana to Florida and drove it no problems at all Great SUV. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! My recommendation is to not buy from here because, we bought a Saturn back in September and ever since we bought the car, we have dumped money after money into it for the check engine light to keep appearing, deleted the codes and sold the car and now it’s someone else’s problem because they aren’t faithful with selling their vehicles. Highly do not recommend this place.

I seen a Toyota truck they had and went in and talked to them 3 times about the truck they said it would be ready this week so I went in to check on it again and to make sure I got to it first . And was told it was promised to a woman over a month ago . So why let me put all the energy into buying it when it was supposedly already sold to someone else I feel I was done dirty here I had cash in hand and was never informed it was promised to another bad buisness left me hating this buisness . Told me they couldn't sell till the windshield was replaced so I waited like I said for nothing it was already sold why play with my time ? Probably stringing me along as a backup plan . Be careful buying from here lying or misrepresenting is bad buisness period

Sold me a car with a bad engine. Bought the car for 12000, 3 months later the engine went out, and This place didn’t help me. I Asked if I could switch the car out. They said no, I asked if they could help me get the engine repaired and they stopped answering the phone for me. Don’t shop here unless you want to waste thousand of bucks and still be carless! I would give zero stars but I can’t so one star it is !
