I am from out of state and went to East Main to get some new tires mounted and balanced. They were very polite and easy to work with. They allowed me to ship tires to them from an online reseller. I then swung by without an appointment and they mounted them for me. They also gave me a complimentary car wash. Just to be transparent, it's not a spotless hand wash. I still had some salt and dirt from the rough winter; but a free car wash is a free car wash. Much appreciated. They have a nice waiting room with couches and free coffee. I would definitely recommend it based on my experience.

This past weekend my vehicle displayed ABS error alerts & STOP VEHICLE alert. I had the vehicle towed to East Main Street Automotive. I was contacted by Kenny & he informed me of the issue in detail & told me not to worry, that he will call when it was ready. I received a follow up call early the next day telling me that the vehicle was all ready to be picked up. The team at East Main st Automotive are honest , friendly & extremely knowledgable.
