I went in for a routine inspection renewal and was surprised by how aggressively I was pushed to replace my tires. My car is only 3 years old, has very low mileage, and I drive less than 10 minutes daily. Instead of simply explaining the condition of the tires and showing measurable wear, I felt pressured repeatedly to approve a replacement that did not seem necessary. It made the experience uncomfortable and felt more like a sales pitch than an inspection service. I would have appreciated a clear explanation with tread measurements rather than strong pressure to purchase new tires. Transparency and respect go a long way. Unfortunately, this visit did not feel that way. I would recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to major repairs here.

Superb service at Moe’s. They were able to quickly do my inspection, noted that my tires were dangerously worn (it’s winter), and were able to replace all the tires and get my car to pass inspection that day. They will absolutely become my place to go for auto needs.

Went for a state inspection and got rejected because a front wheel felt somewhat loose. They wanted $500. Went somewhere else and got tie rod and ball joint for $250. I felt the wheel myself: it shook quite a bit before the repair, none of the wheels shook noticeably when lifted up after the repair. Went back and they rejected again. This place looks like a trap. Find an honest place where they don't do repairs themselves.

Have always been quick and thorough whenever I’ve brought my truck in for inspection or tire service. Clean shop and lobby. Friendly and honest mechanics.

Great service ! poor customer service I've been here many times, but this time I've been calling for two days to schedule an oil change. But apparently, when I mentioned to the guy who works there that an oil change only takes 15 minutes, he got upset and said I should never call again.
