Had a great experience at East Mountain Auto Glass. The staff was friendly, professional, and got me in quickly when I needed my windshield replaced. They had the job done the same day, which made the whole process super convenient. Pricing was very fair too. I’m always glad to support a solid local business that takes care of its customers. Highly recommend!

My husband took my car here. They found three chips in my window. They repaired two and proceeded to tell him the third was not repairable so now we have paid for the two AND now we have to buy a new window. WHY would they do this knowing the window needed replaced????? I am all for helping out small business, I am all for supporting businesses out here BUT doing this was wrong. We are out the money they charged. We WILL go to albuquerque to a reputable business to have the window repaired!!! I am sure this businesses will not be hurt by my comments because that is life but I feel that my story has been told.

This business is truly the best! Called to get a 2010 Tacoma windshield replaced, talked to a very professional and courteous gentleman. Scheduled the appointment, everything from drop off to pick up was very smooth. Very happy with the work that these guys did and that they also cleaned up from removing the old windshield , and put things back on the new windshield. These guys are honest and very thorough at what they do. Highly recommend!

They made it incredibly conventient and easy for me to schedule and have my windsheild replaced. It's nice to go to a local shop with friendly service versus a corporate outfit. They took the time to explain the options and the process, and I was in and out quickly. I even got the ceramic coating for extra protection, and to help avoid another windsheild replacement. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
