East Park Autoplex in Searcy has looked and fixed at our older car two times now. Said first experience was alright, this past time just last month left us flaburgasted and extremely frustrated. Our car was giving us issues on Christmas Eve, we called them and of course they couldn't get us in until after that following week and that's understandable but so that following week we brought it to them, a few days later we had it back. Okay, cool. Not two weeks later the check engine light came on, okay, that's frustrating but maybe it's just the cold weather, it's an older car. But today I couldn't get it out of the parking lot of my apartment, and it was showing the same issues we had just the month prior. What's going on. Popped the hood and we saw they had only replaced one of the 3 coil

They are a fantastic group of guys! I was in and out for headlight. They do oil changes, too!! Quigley enjoyed meeting everyone.

The autoplex is a great dealership, Shane K is what gives this place a bad name. I was in sales for well over a decade and I remember the verbiage and wordplay we would be trained to use BUT we were always told DO NOT LIE. Apparently whoever trained Shane to do his job left that tidbit out. My mom is pushing 60 years old and hasn’t had a new car since I was a kid, she finally decided she deserved it and did just that. My mom was so excited and asked many questions to Shane because she wanted to know she was taking this leap for good reason. Shane sold her an extended warranty, like all salesmen do, and used something as an example if it went wrong, they’ll fix with no deductible/payment. Ironically the exact issue he referenced actually happened. Big surprise, Shane said he didn’t say that

I would give ZERO stars if allowable. My husband and I purchased a truck for our son 2 weeks ago. It started giving us troubles before we even put 50 miles on it. We took it back and they insist nothing is wrong with it. Thank GOD we purchased a warranty, because they refuse to give us our down payment back. Hopefully whatever it is can be fixed by the warranty. The owner just told me we could use the warranty anywhere, so we'll see. PLEASE be cautious and get the vehicle thoroughly checked out by a mechanic before you sign the papers. We didn't because East Park has had such a good reputation, but they obviously do not care about keeping the reputation good. It's sad.
