I literally cannot express how absolutely kind and fantastic this shop is!! they got my car in *right away* and back on the road in only a few hours when i had a misfire happen on the interstate and was in a serious bind! Troy and Shellie are wonderful people and i am forever grateful for the experience and help they provided my family with! HONEST and FAIR!

Check over before alignment I have an older GX470 SUV. It needs an alignment after installing a lift kit. They were nice enough to check over bushings etc before doing the work. They recommend replacing certain parts before doing the alignment. I am mechanically inclined, but not an expert. I can replace the parts they suggested however I can't do an alignment. I will be returning for the alignment after I finish the repairs. With the rising prices of everything, it's refreshing to have a shop willing to do something like this. Excellent experience. Tire blew on the interstate, tow truck recommended East Side Auto, I showed up as soon as they opened and explained the situation they were happy to help! The tires are not average size and hard to find. Troy went above and beyond to find some and at a decent price! Even with the Holidays he has made sure to keep me updated and trying to get things done as soon as possible! He was even able to save the rim and the sensor!! Highly recommend!

They weren't shy with the impact. Marred up my wheels a bit while replacing my tie rod ends. They did a good job on the repair but damn did they really take advantage of my girl while they had her alone.
