East Terrace Cooperative

I have now celebrated my first year in East Terrace Cooperative. After moving from my country house and life into an apartment, I can say I very much enjoy my life here. The people have been very welcoming. I'm able to be very independent and enjoy my carefree living. I like being able to take part in monthly meetings and voice my opinion openly about any changes I would like to see. Great place to live.

My mother in law lives there. She loves it and we love having here there. Vibrant community, lots of activities. You can have a garden plot, enjoy group dinners, hang with the out to lunch bunch, and meet new friends. Everyone looks out for each other, the building and grounds are beautiful and safe. Definitely the place to be:)

My Mother absolutely loves living here and the community she's found. The sidewalks and parking lot are always cleared of snow, and the lawn always looks nice. The interior common spaces are clean and tidy, and there's always events to sign up for and to look forward to.

Our family loves East Terrace! It’s been a wonderful place for my mother-in-law to call home for the past 14 years!

We have already been living here 6 years! Our neighbors are great people who love to have fun together, and take an active role in how East Terrace Cooperative operates. Come join us!
