Extremely unprofessional and shady is exactly how I would describe Eastern Shore Auto Brokers. I flew over 1000 miles to pick up a truck from them which had all the features I had been looking for and was connected with Greg, the general manager, as my salesman who informed me the truck was in great condition and that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Upon arrival, one of the first things I noticed was the key fob was dead, a simple fix but something you would think would have already been taken care of especially considering the owner of the place had been using it as her own personal vehicle and the vehicle was a push button start. Spent 6 hours of my weekend attempting to buy a truck here. Keith, the salesman told me they had it inspected, and when I arrived and asked for the report he said it wasn't inspected, and it ended up needing $1500 in repairs. Keith was super smug and rude when I tried to negotiate the price down so I walked away. I have never seen a salesman dismiss a buyer with cash in hand before.

THEY SOLD ME A LEMON, LIED AND COVERED UP ENGINE SWAP‼️ Keith was my salesmen. I asked before purchasing this 2016 Mustang GT of the vehicle had any modifications, replacements or previous tunes. Keith presented to me the vehicle was stock and had zero mods/replacements or damage. The car broke down three days after my purchase I told Keith. Keith insisted it go to his mechanic at Fortner tire. I went to Fortner to find out what was wrong and his mechanic said “the car ran fine once we put the new engine in it, oh shoot I don’t think I was suppose to tell you that” so Keith and Dianne’s mechanic slipped up the lie they wanted to be held from me. Mechanic also said the ecm was missing parts. so moving forward the mechanic refused to continue to speak to me as requested by eastern shore- fro

I bought a trans van from this company, from out of state.Every part of the experience was great. Our salesmen also gave us a good steak recommendation, so that was a plus. Definitely will buy from here again.

Recently saw a car we were interested in and emailed Chase for details. He responded promptly with answers which led to a phone call and a drive to his dealership that afternoon (we live out of state).
