Excellent experience at Eastern Shore Hyundai! From the time I walked in the door until I drove off in the car of my dreams, I was treated like a valued customer. Christina Windmeir graciously greeted me, asked me what I was looking for then spent many hours helping me find exactly what I was looking for, that was in my price range, and without all the pressure and haggling many dealership do. Once my choice was made the finance manager, Jennifer Smith was able to find an amazing finance rate for me that fit my budget perfectly. Once the paperwork was completed, Ms Jennifer did NOT rush me to blindly sign my name, she took the time to explain each document, and when the last document was signed and she handed me the signed paperwork, with her name and number on the envelope, and told me to

I understand I did not have an appt, however I work during the hours they are open. Saying that I arrived at 8:00am it is now 11:37! I am here for my 1st oil change on my new Tuscan. No one comes to you with the status of your vehicle. You must ask....which I did almost an hour ago and I was told it was being serviced....... no information still on completion. I guess next time I will have to drive to Mobile!

It was a most enjoyable experience! Joe and Fischer made us (my sister and myself) feel like family! They both were very attentive to our needs and concerns!

Absolute worst "service experience" ever. Nearly every single time I got Service there, the work was sub standard, car was damaged, and I was lied to on more than one occasion. I was a former service writer and service manager at a dealership. I know what to expect and what to look for. Eastern Shore performed worse than even a low budget place I took my sons car to. STAY AWAY from these people. The service manager is NOT to be trusted.

I just purchased a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. My first new car! Taylor was an amazing salesman and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way! Joe was the awesome sales manager that helped make this happen as well! All great people. The process was smooth, easy and I couldn't have asked for a better first experience! Ella in finance was also amazing and got us in and out! I will definitely be a returning customer when i'm in the market for another car. Thank you guys so much!
