I went to purchase a 4 Runner and Edward was my salesman. Both manager Spencer and Edward said to bring wife back at 530. Upon arrival with my wife and my car trade in, Edward approached and told me that they sold the vehicle ans their were 40 people trying to make a living and they sold the car. This would have been my 4th purchase from Eastern Shore Toyota there. I purchased 2 Tundras, and a 4runner in the past. This treatment to myself and my wife earned me a new attitude about Eastern Shore Toyota. The staff could have given me more respect and called me. Anyway, I'm not going back. They have already won with my last 3 purchased vehicles but future business is not happening. They don't care about core local return customers at least that's experience.

Cale was alright, but he repeatedly deflected basic financing questions that could have been answered by checking with the finance department, specifically regarding the interest rate. Instead of answering those questions, we were pushed into filling out paperwork before all of our questions were answered. The process felt rushed when paperwork was involved, yet we were left waiting for long periods in between steps, which was especially difficult since we had our toddler with us and were already overwhelmed. We were told that we were approved, signed paperwork that included payment and interest details, and were sent home with the vehicle. We insured the car, drove it daily, and treated it as our own because we believed the deal was complete. After two weeks, the dealership contacted us

Our sales person was Mona Selim, and she was wonderful. From the time we got there to the time we left, Mona went above and beyond to fulfill our expectations and get us the car we wanted. Once we chose the car she did her best to speed up the process so that we wouldn’t wait too long. I highly recommend this place and Mona Selim.
