NTB-National Tire & Battery

I have been here quite a few times they always take care of me. Tony and everyone else have great customer service. I don't go anywhere else. Edit: My Enkei TS9 was damaged when they removed the wheel to replace a tire. They won't fix it even though they caused the damage. It can be resurfaced because of there the damage is and they won't replace it. So now I have a 260 dollar wheel that I have to be replace because they were careless.

I came in And was greeted and taken care of within 15 minutes .It was great customer service. They were very quick and efficient. I came in 15 minutes before my appointment started and they got started on my car right away. No delays in getting the work done.

John was amazing and VERY helpful! We had a very nice experience with Mohamed with my other car. My overall experience was great, but that is normal. We have dealt with NTB for years and I have never had a bad experience.

Took my 05 JGC in for tires and oil change and asked if they could check over the vehicle as it's been a while since serviced. Jon said they would check from bumper to bumper and advise us of any problems. Called and said the front brakes needed replaced and we went ahead with the repair. I thought the final bill was extremely reasonable for all the services provided and we will continue to use NTB in the future. Thank you !!!
