If i can give more than 5 stars.. i ll give it. Specially Mr. Craig (Manager). Very helpful and nice person. I bought Lincoln Aviator. i went there 6 O’clock evening for test drive the car. but They worked really hard to approve my loan and stayed with me like almost 10pm. just because they want to handover my car to me to send me home back with happy face. And Mr. Craig gave me his number for any thing if i need so i can straight talk with him. I want to say Thank You very much again Mr. Craig. for your time and help. i referred 2 customers to them and said to them go straight to meet with mr. Craig. Do Not meet With Mr. Marcus (Sales Person), who doesn’t have knowledge about cars and doesn’t know how to build relationships with customers.

Adnan - Jonathan was an amazing car dealer to work with. He was patient, professional, and made the whole buying process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was that he didn’t just sell me a car, he also gave me helpful tips on driving and explained features clearly so I felt confident on the road. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. I highly recommend asking for Jonathan if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience!

They have a large rotating selection of vehicles for a great price. Anthony the finance manager really worked hard to find us a great deal. It did take more time than expected but we got what we wanted. Jonathan the salesperson was friendly and very nice. He thought ahead so the process could go through seamlessly. Thank you guys. I love my vehicle.

I liked the fact that my sales agent was nice and helpful. I don't like the fact it took over 4 hours to complete the purchase of my new vehicle. I also do not like the fact that Eastern Automotive Company put me in a car that has no horn. I'm not sure how it even passed inspection, but it's illegal in the state of VA to drive around without a working horn. I can't believe that no one from Eastern Automotive didn't know that the horn didn't work, even the person who delivered the car. I've driven back to Eastern Automotive and was told that the part had to be ordered. 2 weeks later, I'm still waiting for the part. I called Eastern Automotive twice, since I last visited and was told that someone would call me back and no one has, until today. I got my horn fixed, picked up my new license

Everything went very smooth. Sergio and Anthony the manager were amazing. I couldn’t ask for better customer service. I highly recommend anyone to go see them when in need of a vehicle. Don’t forget to ask for Sergio or Anthony I will give them 10 starts if it was possible!!!
