Eastpointe Service Center - Firestone

Took my car in a couple weeks ago and had some service done to my truck. I was getting a vibration in the front of my truck while driving and 3 other shops told me it was just a tire balance but it never went away. So I decided to take a chance here. Rick and Barry were awesome right from the get go and were able to find my issue. Turns out it was my wheel bearings. I was skeptical at first but told them to do it and that completely fixed my problem. Thanks guys!!

Always good service. Gets your car back to you same day in most cases unless it is something really major. Diagnose the issues and gives you fair pricing and explanations. Mechanics knowledgeable on mechanical and electrical work. Manager is great! Eddie.

I brought a truck in for repair to Eastpointe Service Center. The shop had the truck for almost 4 weeks and the first three weeks they did nothing, sat in the lot all that time after being told it would only take 4.5 hours of work. I have tried to talk with the manager, assistant manager, tried to get ahold of the general manager, for anybody to discuss this situation with and nobody will return calls. They didn't do the work that they were supposed to do. After being in the lot for almost 2 weeks they charged my credit card the full amount of the work that wasn't even started at that time and did not complete the work they were to do! Here we are four weeks later and I had to take the truck to another company to do the work that Eastpointe was suppose to do, and never completed and messed

Rick is the best! I walked in for repairs and he explained everything to me from start to finish!! He treats u like family! I’m very picky who works on my car but I trust them 1000 percent!!!! Go see my guy Rick for any car problems!!!

I went for an oil change with a coupon and it was done so fast I knew they couldn't POSsibly have done their 16 (or whatever number) point inspection that they say they would do. I knew the tires were low and I said, "Did those fellows check the air in the tires?" Cashier man said, "I'm sure they did." I asked him to check and he sighed and went out. Sure enough, he had to add air. After I left, there was engine growling soon after and I got no heat. Sure enough, no antifreeze! I traveled more than 72 miles without, before figuring this out. Then I talked with another mechanic and he said my oil cooler case was cracked which often happens when someone does an oil change and tightens the compartment up too much. It costed me more than $1,200 to replace. Needless to say I don't like Fireston
