So sorry to say the guy at the front desk was on a personal call about beer I was standing there for at least 5 minutes another couple of minutes later he still was on the phone I asked him do we have anyone else to look at my vehicle he went to the bank and never came back I know that was very rude, I have a shop as well and I never treat a new person coming in there the way he did me please get that together,

My hood latch was messed up and I couldn't safely get on the freeway to go home, so I pulled into the closest shop - Square Deal. Never been to there before, but Chris dropped everything and helped me out no questions asked. Thanks so much for the great service on short notice

The very first time I came to Square Deal was because I had gotten a "repair" done at a Midas shop in Sterling Heights, & that place not only DIDN'T fix the root cause of my car problem, but they made it worse. Chris at Square Deal found the real root cause, undid the mess that the Midas shop did, & fixed everything properly. He got my car back up & running, & I've been going to Square deal ever since.
