This was by far the easiest and fastest experience I’ve ever had with testing and registration. I pulled right in, sat in my car, and the technician explained everything very simply. I was completely done in about 10 minutes without having a step foot out of my car.
If I could give less than 1 star I would... What a joke! I pull in line on 3/2/26 and the long dark hair skinny guy comes out no greeting immediately with an attitude about me bringing a trailer. I mention I can drop the trailer and he says well not here you cant and walks away. I own a local company with many vehicles including trailers that need renewals like the van and Trailer i just brought in. Big mistake! Learn how to greet customers properly.
I went to the Easy Emissions in West Haven! HOLY MACARONI! In and out in 11 minutes. Insanely fast, extremely professional, excellent service! I’ve already called my entire family to rave about it. HIGHLY recommend!!!
Very easy emissions. In and out pretty quick. Even with a line it's maybe 10-15 minutes per car in the same line. The fact that i don't even have to get out of the car is awesome! Price seems about the same as anywhere else, but the convenience is what makes me prefer them. Staff is friendly and seems on top of things. We will be long term clients. No complaints!
