I give this place 0 stars. I purchased a vehicle with Holly(supposedly my friend) in May of 2025. By June 16 I texted her because I noticed the brakes was making a noise plus the lane assist error kept coming across the dashboard. On June 25 2025 she had someone pick my vehicle up. I texted her July 1st to see had she heard anything about my car. She said oh we sent it to the VW dealership because that is over our head. I was like ok no problem. I texted her several more times(I have the text to prove my point) needless to say she made me to believe all times it was there at the VW dealership. Basically I got tired of being put on the run around so I called VW myself, two places that was close to them. Gave the vin number and neither had seen my car! I was livid! She had been lying to me f

Been getting my oil changed here for about 2 years now...they always get me in and out quickly

Great dealership. I've been with this place since 2000 when they where still Griffins. The service is awesome and they always get my ride in when I need work done.

Eaton CDJR is the place to buy a vehicle. I won’t buy from anywhere else! The salesmen and managers are top tier, and they are always so quick and easy to deal with. They even delivered my car to me! Could not recommend enough.

When a tech misdiagnosis an electrical part, they will lie and fabricate a story to cover the cost of that part so they don’t have to eat it. And then, if asked to prove that that part is bad, they will lie and fabricate another story on why they can’t do that for the customer. Dishonest service department please do not ever take your vehicle here.
