First off I hate going to any car dealer . I was pre approved through GM finance and Holly reached out to me. From the start I told her I wanted no B.S., no pulling my credit a million times and if she can’t make it work with the vehicle I wanted then don’t worry about. Not only did she follow through with all of my requests she also took my trade that I was bad upside down on (I didn’t even plan on trading because I knew about the bad negative equity I had in the car) . After reaching an agreement she offered to even deliver my new truck to me free of charge but I’m not one to buy anything site unseen.
