We had an excellent experience with ecluxx Towing. Josue is a true professional. He went above and beyond for us. He was such a nice guy genuinely a good person. He helped us when enterprise left us stranded and made sure we were able to get a different rental. My family and I really appreciate the excellent service. I can't say enough!! Can't get any better than these guys. First time I needed a towing in 40 years and I got lucky when I called these guys. I got several update calls from the driver informing me where he was and what he was doing to get to me. To me that is very important because when you need a tow, the truck is not around the corner waiting for you to call. He showed up after a couple hours just like he said. Got my car home straight from there. Was very polite. I was waiting for the gotcha moment with the bill but it didn't happen. Charged me exactly what was quoted which was a very fair price. What else can you ask for? Thank you for such good service.

Thank God for this bunch. I called to see about getting my Pete 579 jumped because the batteries were DEAD DEAD DEAD. I CALLED AND THEY GAVE ME THE ABSOLUTE BEST PRICE!!!! The people were friendly, fast, and a pleasure to work with. Josue was the man!! He was very friendly and helpful. The jump box he brought wasn't quite strong enough so he went into the truck stop and bought some cables to run from his truck for and extra boost. Thank you so very much for being there and being cheaper than anyone else. Top notch people to call.

Faith in humanity restored by Joe at EC Luxx Towing! I feel compelled to share an incredible act of kindness I witnessed involving Joe from EC Luxx Towing. An elderly couple, both over 80, had broken down at a busy stoplight on Crowfield Blvd. They were already having a terrible day, returning from the bank after dealing with a compromised account, which is devastating for folks living on a fixed Social Security income. Joe was driving by, saw them stranded, and actually turned his tow truck around to help. He didn’t just move them out of traffic; he towed them several miles all the way to their home. We were stranded in the middle of the median on Savannah Highway and Seph came quicker than we were expecting to tow our vehicle. This was all taking place around 4-5 in the morning and while we were waiting on the Uber driver to arrive Seph let us wait in the truck with him since it was raining. Thank you for making this bad experience better!
