I spent $140+tip to get my car back and you could tell immediately that they didn’t even wash the outside of my car entirely. I had to ask them to wipe certain areas of my car on the inside because you could tell they rushed through. I’m so upset by the amount of money i spent to get a half complete job. I won’t be going back. PS. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR GAS TANK. If it’s not dry from the wash you know the place didn’t do a good job!!
Scratched my vehicle and refused to accept damages. Missing items from middle console. The guy that washed my car gave a strong smell of alcohol.
I have been coming to this car wash for over a year since I moved to the city of baldwin park, I have NEVER been as satisfied with the cleaning as I am today ! Definitely coming back and only asking for Christian, very detailed very polite thank you Christian for a great car wash!
They always do a good job on my car. Get the Gold Service. Thank you, Eco Car Spa! Update: Arrived at 11 am today and told they’re not taking anymore cars and it’s a 3-hour wait. No thanks. Do not recommend. Went to Amar Sparkle Car Wash instead.
Really nice car wash! Nelson was super helpful and took the time to explain the window tint. He did a great job.
