I had to post this review of ECP Auto Service, because it is the most professional, reliable, honest and reasonable pricing for repair services I have "EVER SEEN." The owner Frank is a very polite person, who always makes time to interact with customers. But he is also a very busy man. Working with his specialized mechanics team, in order for them to operate like a well oiled machine. I’ve had multiple excellent experiences here! The team are always professional, friendly, and transparent from the start. They take the time to explain what was wrong with my car in simple terms and give me a fair estimates before doing any work. What really stood out was their honesty — they didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend!
