ECRB Towing and Recovery

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! My car was involved in an accident on 4/28/25. I went to get the belongings out of my car 5 days later and they couldn’t find my keys. Then I saw the state of my car. They literally have the cars piled on top of each other. Attached is a picture. They are in bed with Bloomfield police department so if you get into an accident in Bloomfield, you can tell the police officer you do not want your car taken to this lot. My lawyer informed me of this. UPDATE: I received a response from the owner stating that he's sorry that the cars were "slightly" touching one another. I would give 0 stars if allowed! This place charged me $683 then added $28 as a 4% card fee on a DEBIT CARD!! That is so illegal, I contacted my attorney because I can only imagine how many people has experienced this kind of rip off as if their fees aren’t already outrageous!! Poor company!! & they’re supposed to be working with the police, smfh they need to be in jail themselves!

Hello, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ‼️‼️ I got hit by this flat bed towing company, the driver’s name is Carmine. I got hit at 730 Madison Ave in Paterson NJ… with my 1year old son 😳 and my mom in the car, I rushed my son to the ER, he was already running a 106 fever, after this accident he fell on the floor completely off his car seat 💔😣…. I wasent moving my car we came to a complete stop and this hudge truck came and side swiped me he seemed like he was in a rush… He was behind me ‼️…. I don’t understand how this man didn’t see my Honda . I been trying to communicate via text, via phone calls all I want is for the damages to be paid, only 1.5k or 2k in damages.
