Just spent some time with Cory Shell looking at used trucks for my daughter. His customer service is phenomenal! I've never dealt with Ed Martin before today, but they are my new go to dealer thanks to Cory.

I highly recommend having any car you buy from this place inspected thoroughly. I bought a convertible from them with a window that didn't want to go up all the way. They told me it just needed some grease put on the top of the window which they never did. So when I got it home I started trying that and it didn't work so I started looking more closely at the whole mechanism and there was a piece broken that holds the weatherstrip to the window. Ford is telling me the whole rear window has to be replaced. 800 to 80o dollars. Obviously it was that way when I bought it. I wouldn't buy from them again. I think a dealership that sells used cars should do a better job not selling cars to people that have preexisting issues. Or at least notify potential buyers.

My 21 yr old son bought a truck. Mason, Will, and Ryan went above and beyond to help us get a "right place at the right time deal" on a fresh trade in. They got his financing approved w/out a cosigner. He drove off the same day with the truck, and then brought it back for an inspection and cleaning later, as the sales process lasted until late on Saturday.

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with smile. I had the pleasure of having Adam C as my salesman. He was spectacular! I told him what I wanted and could afford and he made sure I drove off in the car I wanted. Adam was easy going and very knowledgeable. Super easy to talk with . I’ve never had such a good experience with buying a car. 10/10 !
