I've been buying cars from Ed Morse since my first new 1993 Z28 LT1. I personally have had ALL good experiences, but Ed Morse Toyota in Delray "by-far" has been the epitome of class and professionalism for the last 2 decades. Call or go in and meet with Jiovanni the Manager... your idea of sales comfort, customer respect, the selection process, and most importantly... how they make you feel, will truly be awe-inspiring. A great experience overall. From the first call with Matt Lerner through the final paperwork with Lennox Young the service was excellent. Frank Diaz who handled the sale was fantastic. He was so friendly and patient answering questions posed by me and Mom and getting the deal done to my satisfaction. My Mom and I truly enjoyed working with him and are thrilled with the new vehicle.

I want to share my extremely disappointing experience with one of Ed Morse dealerships in Texas. I entrusted them with servicing my Jeep, and unfortunately, they have taken advantage of my warranty, billing excessive amounts while proving poor service. The service department has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They consistently ignored my calls and gave me the runaround after accessing my warranty. During my last visit, they claimed to have fixed the issue, but kept my vehicle for over a week. Just four months later, the same problem returned. I ultimately had to take my vehicle to a different dealership, where I was told the problem had not been properly addressed. This made it clear that I can no longer trust Ed Morse service department.
