Ed Morse Cadillac Delray Service Center

I’ve bought and serviced all my vehicles in the past 15 years at Ed Morse Cadillac. Although I now reside in NC I have my car maintained by Ed Morse Service Department in Delray Beach while visiting family in the winter. My service rep today, Frank, handled my appointment expeditiously and thoroughly. I have the utmost confidence in the integrity of the work performed and recommended for my GMC Denali. This dealership delivers the ultimate service experience for its customers and I highly recommend having your vehicles serviced here.

My Service Manager Danielle is amazing. She always greets me with a smile and reviews expectations for my visit. Her professionalism is above standard and yet she feels like family. She is the reason I will continue to have my car serviced with Ed Morse. The transport coordination to my home is always much appreciated for visits expected longer than a 2-3 hour wait.

Watch out for how much days charge for diagnostic fee. They charge me $311 and didn’t do any work and misdiagnosed the problem and gave me the part number is wrong when I asked. This Cadillac dealership charges more than a Mercedes-Benz dealer which is crazy.

My service agent Frank was attentive and shaped the service according to the needs I expressed. Was competent and courteous.

Just wanted to say how wonderful Ed Morse service department is, especially David Silverman. Approximately 3 weeks ago, I was going on a long trip with my vehicle and had it checked out before my trip. He made sure everything was good to go and followed up regularly while my vehicle was in for service. They found an issue with my A/C and got the part and fixed it before my trip. I was so happy. Also, the mechanics that work on my vehicle are awesome as well. Great team at Ed Morse Cadillac.
