Ed Morse Sawgrass Cadillac Service Center

My husband, Anthony, scheduled an appointment yesterday with the service center at Ed Morse Cadillac Sawgrass because one of our tire sensors was not functioning properly. He specifically requested Aldo, who assisted us last year when we lost a key fob during our drive to South Florida. Once again, Aldo, a service advisor, exceeded our expectations. When my husband arrived, all of the paperwork had already been prepared, making the entire process smooth and efficient. Aldo is truly exceptional. In addition to resolving the sensor issue, the team conducted a thorough inspection of all four tires and discovered a nail in one of them. They promptly repaired it. My husband could not be more pleased with the outstanding service provided by this service center.

Ed Morse Cadillac Sawgrass truly exceeded our expectations, and Scott went above and beyond. After a terrible experience at another Palm Beach dealership—where we had reserved an appointment three weeks in advance, brought our brand new Cadillac IQl in for several issues, and then added a few small items once we arrived—we were told they couldn’t handle it because the list was now longer, they didn’t have an electric tech, and that we’d need to return in another three weeks. He was able to start right away and even had availability the very next day, which was incredible compared to our previous experience. EXTREMELY poor communication by the service tech, Trevor. I had to call multiple times over a week just to get an update, just to have him put me to the back of the line for service after a week at their shop. After purchasing over a dozen vehicles from Sawgrass Auto Mall, I expect better. Very disappointed long-term customer... makes me question future purchases.

I called to confirm the vehicle availability. Scheduled an appointment. Drove 40 minutes. And guess what? Car is not available…. Do not trust these people. Do not waste your time.

The WORST service department of any Cadillac Dealership. I bought my Escalade at this place brand new. Every time I drop off my car there for repairs there is absolutely ZERO communication from the service department. This time around Mr. SHIV the service manager has not responded to a single call or text from me. It’s been 7 days that my car is in the dealership and I still don’t know when will I get it, or where in the repair process is the car. When I go to Vera Cadillac the service manager Conrad is in constant communication and he replies back to me every time. I also called the manager of Ed Morse Cadillac Service Department one time and complained that Shiv is not communicating and returning my calls and he also tried to connect me with SHiV but failed to reach him.
