Update: after reaching back out to them to see what sort of solution they might offer, nothing was offered. With me being on the west coast now, they felt there was nothing to be done. It took about a month and attempting to contact them multiple times before they got back to me. Overall the same level of care/service they gave me while they had my vehicle. For military folks, I continue to recommend going elsewhere. MILITARY BEWARE!!! This is super late review, but I just saw their photos on my phone again. Do not use this dealer. I had went to look at the vehicle and with Matt R (Salesman). help I was financed and now had a better and reliable vehicle for my son who has Cancer. I had never financed a car before and i was nervous about it but Matt R. Made it easy, quick, and he was great at getting my payments where I wanted them....
