My daughter broke down on I-85 S In Lavonia, GA on her way home to Huntsville,Al from Boiling Springs, South Carolina. I arrived several hours later and took the car to O'Reilly's where I met the most amazing staff.(Taylor, L.A,, Stephen and Josh.) Taylor, scanned my check engine code and got me the correct part. After hearing my story L.A. and Stephen recommended a couple of local mechanics. Joshua called the mechanics and we were able to get the car fixed and back to Alabama. Words can't express the gratitude and appreciation I have for these wonderful people. O'Reilly's should send all employees to this store for customer service training. Thank you team!
I had visited a couple of auto stores trying to find a seat adjustment handle for Chevy S-10… after wrong part was ordered, no father help was received. Three of the guys at O’Reilly didn’t stop until they found the right part for my dad‘s S-10. They were so patient with me. Thank y’all so much.
Best place to get parts!! Anytime you go in the store ask for BOB!! He has the best customer service. He can also fix anything!
Renee was amazing even when I could not do what I wanted to do and needed a refund she was the first one to help me!
