I want to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Eddy’s! I went in to renew my tags and realized I needed a safety inspection. My husband called Eddy’s around 9:00 AM, and Eddy was able to fit me in right away. During the inspection, he noticed my brake pads were down to 2%. I was about to drive home to Maryland for the holidays, and although he couldn’t pass my vehicle (rightfully so), he was honest and genuinely concerned about my safety. He strongly advised against driving nearly 500 miles on brakes that worn—and I truly appreciated his transparency. After I shared the news with my husband, he asked if Eddy could possibly fit in the brake work before my road trip. Eddy ordered the parts and completed the brake replacement the very same day. I came back a few hours later,
