Edenborn Collision Center

Edenborn Collision Center took great care of my town and country van that was rear ended in 2019. They worked with my insurance company and had my vehicle fixed and returned to me in a timely fashion. They were great about handling all the paperwork and kept me informed throughout the process. The repairs were better than factory, the paint match was perfect. This vehicle is still in good condition today in 2024 and is still in the family. I would definitely recommend them if you have any bodywork issues with your vehicle.

I do not recommend Ray Brandt Collision Center. We had a poor experience overall. We were told the duration of time for repairs would be 7 days. It took one month. We were not updated with the repair status; we had to call to find out about the status. When we received the car there were smudges that needed to be buffed out and a film on the windows that wouldn’t wipe off. We went back to the collision center to have the spot buffed out and windows cleaned. The person brought the car out and there was still film on the windows. We will be taking our business elsewhere the next time we need repairs.

So this has been a nightmare! My car was brought to the Hyundai Collision Center in June of 2021 after a hit and run accident. I had to call every single day in order to find out the status on repairs. Every time I did get in contact with the collision center advisor he always said he’d call back and NEVER did. So fast forward to September 2021, there’s a hurricane and ok it’s understandable repairs would be delayed but once again I was never notified about anything. I called regarding the status of my car over and over until finally at the end of the month I was able to take it home. Everything SEEMED fine until it got cold in late December/January so I called again to inform them that the headlight they replaced during the repairs was fogging up. Well I was on my way to bring my dog to the vet. Out of no where a car slammed into my bumper. My poor pup flew across the vehicle. I didn’t know what to do so I looked up collision centers near me. Ray Brandt popped up.I made a call and this guy Joey picked up. He comforted me saying it’s nothing to worry about and walked me through the process of making a claim. When I dropped off he call the rental company and got me into a car. I felt more than welcome at the body shop I got to meet the Manager Lynn a very nice lady and a guy named Charile. This is a very professional group of People that love what they do. I had the worst experience with them. They had my car over a month and everything I tried talking to anyone I was always transferred to another person and received different answers. The owner was rude and unprofessional. I definitely wouldn’t recommend bringing your vehicle to them
