Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews claiming that Zane is rude. Maybe you other people just didn’t like that he doesn’t prefer to haggle, but his cars are already priced well as it is! He wasn’t rude at all to us - even when we struggled for an hour to get the payments situated from our bank as the bank kept restricting access. And even after that, he let us stay to set up our insurance over the phone which was another hour long struggle and he was nothing but kind to us the whole time even while taking care of other customers. As for the car itself, he was very open and honest about it. Vehicle Documented as Unsafe to Drive Shortly After Purchase: I am leaving this review to document my experience for consumer safety reasons. I purchased a 2006 Toyota Corolla from this dealership on December 22, 2025 for approximately $3,000 and was told the vehicle was safe to drive. The salesperson stated that the car had been driven for over 1,000 miles without issues and that it had minimal rust. Although the vehicle was sold “as-is,” it was presented as a drivable car suitable for regular road use. Within two days of purchase, multiple professionals advised that the vehicle was unsafe to operate. I immediately stopped driving it and took it to a Toyota dealership for a full inspection. Reached out about a car I was genuinely interested in. Asked a few basic questions about the condition of the car, and instead of getting clear answers I was told to “run the Carfax” and then got sarcastic when I asked about the rebuilt title. If you enjoy guessing games, mystery damage, and zip tied bumpers, this is your guy. Otherwise, save your time and your cash.
