I cannot say enough about Michael and his team. Professional and courteous and they work fast…and the work is solid. They are fairly priced. They replaced my 2001 VW Jetta front bumper, painted the molding, and took out some scratches and put new paint on the passenger rear door. The car looks fantastic. Highly recommended.

For my situation the customer service and professionalism I received was above and beyond anything I had expected to receive the morning I decided to bring my truck in. Ed's auto body had already come highly recommended to me from a car enthusiast friend of mine and they did not disappoint and went all out to help me with my problem. I bought a 2019 Dodge Durango and after many years of not having a new car I wanted to enjoy the new car feeling as much as I could. That feeling was destroyed stupidly by me when after a snowstorm after putting the shovel in pile of snow about 2 feet off the truck, I tripped on shovel, as I cleaned the truck, hurdling the shovel into the nice new paint job causing a scratch about 2 inches long on my one month old truck. Went there for an estimate and they were way overpriced for a small job. But they are very busy and I guess they can't be bothered with none insurance claims. On the phone 150 to 200 actual quote 600 plus shop fee and tax.

I've never had such a pleasant experience with auto repair. A dump truck backed into my '01 Grand Am and damaged the entire left front driver's side. He did everything he could to make the repair affordable, and my car was done in about five days looking brand new and beautiful. I'd also had a lovely duct-taped-on side mirror from an earlier incident and before the words left my mouth, he said he planned to reattach it properly for me (like, out of the kindness of his heart). And once the work was done, he even offered to come pick me up so I could get my car. I really can't say nice enough things. Highly recommend. A+
