5 stars – Truly Lifesaving Service! We had a tire blowout on the thruway around 3:30 AM while traveling over 500 miles from home with our two small children. After managing to get the donut spare on, we finally reached a hotel by 5:30 AM, completely exhausted. As soon as the morning came, I began calling tire shops in the area—everywhere told me it would take several days to get the tire we needed. We drove to multiple shops that were closed or unable to help. Then we found Ed’s Automotive & Services LLC—and they completely turned our luck around. Within minutes of looking at our damaged tire, they brought out a used tire with the same wear as our blown one and installed it on the spot. Bought in my 2014 Honda CRV with a stuck Brake Caliper. Ed, Amanda and Nelly were so helpful and nice. They did an outstanding job to get me back on the road safe. Their service was great and they were able to do the whole job quickly. Would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

I usually have good encounters at Ed’s Automotive and Services, however my latest experience might’ve put me over the edge. I don’t like when people make poor excuses for things. I was told repeatedly that customers vehicles were dead and that’s why they took all day to inspect my wife’s 2025 Subaru outback until 5pm. I had dropped off the vehicle the day prior at 5pm and no vehicle had parked me in. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle not knowing if it was finished or not, I saw my vehicle was in the same spot facing the same way I had parked it. I didn’t mind that they decided to wait till 5pm to “inspect” the car. My problem is they made it seem like it was someone else’s fault.

This place is so kind, caring, and amazing! This past week, I had been in an accident, and I came in to get an estimate on repairs. They were honest and explained so many different things to me since this is my first car and I've only had my license for a year. I've never been so appreciative. An exact week after my accident, I had gotten a flat tire on my way to work. I stopped in since I was familiar and they gave me a set of tires the same day at no cost. Again, I've never been so appreciative. I've already had one of the most rough weeks of my life and they made it a bit more manageable. Thank you so much!
