Got a weird hole in my tire while trying to make my way to Tulsa,OK from NYC. The whole team was kind and showed compassion while I was trying not to panic as I’m driving alone & on a time crunch. Just had a great experience last week when buying tires and talking to a younger gentleman on the phone and in store. Just called today about getting some other wheels balanced based on the great customer service. As of today when I called back, Bob answered the phone and was very rude from the start, and informed me that the wheels were too big to balance. I asked what the biggest he could do and he told me that “it doesn’t matter because they’re too big” and was trying to rush me off the phone. Congratulations bob for losing a good loyal customer for the business by being miserable on the phone because I will not be returning for future business.
