Recently just got my car repaired at Autobody Squad. I honestly had the best experience for having been in an accident with my Toyota Camry Solara. Knowing that my car is only worth a couple thousand I knew insurance would probably total the car, however working with Antonio and Marcos…they did their all to get the parts and the job done. It took a while to get the parts in since the vehicle and the specific paint color is no longer being manufactured, but they got what they needed in and the team at Autobody Squad worked their magic. My car came out better than I could have imagined. It was worth the time and the wait. I’m shocked. Really shocked. I’ll provide some before and after photos below. My experience was great. If you are looking at this shop to do collision work, then I would recommend you look elsewhere based on my awful experience. (I cannot speak for any other service they provide) Brief Summary: They were the third party recommended shop for Toyota of Watertown for any collision work so I naturally trusted the dealership and went with this company for my 2020 Tacoma. Big mistake. After taking a little less than a month to fix a somewhat minor accident, I received my truck with unprofessional body work (displayed in pictures below). I honestly could not believe that they tried to give me my truck with the obvious paint defects seen. I counted a little over 10 different defects. I immediately sent the truck back to their shop and waited for about a week when I got it the second time.... which

The service we got at auto body squad was superb and fast! I was greeted my Marianna at the front desk accompanied by the cutest cats, and had my rental brought right to the business! Just picked up my car and all I had to do was hand in the rental keys! My car is fixed and cleaned inside aswell! Extremely satisfied with my service !

I had some minor damage and chose them blindly due to location. I was very pleased with the customer service and work done. The front desk people are very friendly and my old car feels new, even if just for a while. The first time estimate was a swing and miss, but they made up for it by getting it done earlier than the second time estimate.

I had a great experience with Auto Body Squad in Malden. From start to finish, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They kept me updated throughout the repair process and made sure I understood everything that needed to be done. The quality of the work was excellent—my car looks brand new again!
